Mordremoth died and “it is a time of celebration”, but we didn’t have a party like in Personal Story after Zhaitan’s death.

We should celebrate that we have Dragon’s Watch, new allies and no more Mordremoth.

I know that Eir died, but it was in the first Act of the HoT’s story…

Sorry, no time. We had no time to honor the fallen Marshal, we have no time for parties either. “Pacing” blah blah blah…
(Yeah, still bitter about Trahearne.)

They could’ve done both. We could’ve had a big Wake for Trahearne with his quotes and stuff being read off at times, and drinking and feasting and celebrating the dragon being dead and Trahearne’s “sacrifice”……or just the fact that he’s gone, depending on how you felt about him

The Pact was formed to kill Zhaitan and so it was a celebration of Tyrian unity, the first victory by the Marshall, as well as defeating a powerful threat.

Modremoth’s very existence broke the Pact and Tyrian unity with it, it resulted in the death of many beloved figures (including the Marshall), and it turned out not to be the end of epic threats to the planet.

tl;dr not as much to celebrate

They had time to have a funeral service for Eir, but not for the Marshal of the pact AND all the pact members.

They should have had a memorial service for everyone, not just that one individual.

And the way HoT death with Eir was bad (a Norn wouldn’t just stand their and accept their fate, weapon or no they’d fight). It all just felt very lore breaking especially how in episode 1 they basically just brush off that the leader of the pact is gone and so many of its members.

I didn’t feel much when she died because it felt so badly done and rushed. And if it was not for the Marshal you would not have been able to kill Mordremoth (Needing that direct link to his mind)
