Just a note about the rime rimmed rebreather because I have not seen anyone mention this but…..if you have it equipped and put on an outfit, the particle effect is still visible. You can even hide the outfit’s headpiece and still get the effect – which I think is pretty cool. Now I gotta get more stack of giant gifts to try and get another one – sigh.

or play PvP to complete the Wintersday reward track – the rebreather can be chosen as a reward from the track completion chest

Yeah. The most reliable game form to get the rebreather is the one that has absolutely zero use for it. Logic!

The Rebreathers should have been made tradable, to be honest. I have a guildie who has only 1 character, but he’s got 3 Rime Rebreathers thanks to opening a whole bunch of Giant Gifts. So now he’s stuck with 2 that he doesn’t need or want.
