Well the shattered wings were a bit more ‘exclusive’ then that normal wings (i.e. you basically had to RND yourself into a pair if I remember correctly) and thus ANet might be a bit more hesitant to release it. But me since I have a pair I’ve got no problem with that, as long as they release some of those other ‘exclusive’ RND items.

I didn’t take a close look, but can’t you get these currently at the Zeypherite Sanctum right now? Trade in for those tickets from that guy off to the right when you get off the boat.
