No idea if i’m bugged or it was intentional, but I can’t get past the first part of the episode. I went back to it to do some mastery/achievement farming now I can’t progress part part one as it keeps giving the error " this is not your personal story all progress made will not be saved". Any one else have this problem?

That’s very strange! Let me see if we can get some additional information in order to look into this:

  • You completed the story and are replaying, correct?
  • Where (exactly) were you in the story when this happened?
  • Have you tried progressing beyond this point and seeing what happens? (I was thinking it would be interesting to look at your achievement/mastery panel and see if this was an issue with an erroneous message or an actual bug, you see?)
  • Is this the account that’s having the issue, or are you playing on a different account?
  • Have you submitted an in-game report on this? (It sometimes offers the devs additional info.)

Are you playing the chapter with someone else? Are you the instance owner? I get that message whenever I join another’s story.

Have you tried a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s)? Instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Search – Repair’.
