so yeah when do you guys think ep 3 will be added in the game how many hours until the new release

I will say the patch will hit when its ready

They always patch in the morning (pacific time), so approximately in 8-12 hours.

Big patches usually hit at 9 am pasific time / 6 pm central european time.

Normally between 5-6pm UK time. But when it’s ready is always the way to go. don’t try to play your day around a patch drop.
