how long will we be able to get this update until? starting feb 07 until when?

Until the next Living Story release, as usual. Which will be somewhere between 2 to 3 months.

You will be able to get the update forever (your client will be updated with the files whenever you next log in, be that in a week or a year). You will be able to get Living World Season 3 Episode 4 at no cost as long as Episode 4 is live, which should be ~2 to 3 months. After that time, you can unlock the Episode with Gems, acquired either with in-game Gold or with cash.

Assuming they’re on schedule, you have until after SAB in April. If it plays out like last year and they delay the patch to March 31st, SAB will run until April 18. To be safe, the 4th would be the absolute earliest.
