ArenaNet i have little question why u dont write July 2 to actually play content ?
You know many ppl play in your game and allso WORK and when u put event near 22at night it point less . You may simply write july 2 and dont make me and few of my friends who still playing in Your game wait like idiots . I have 3shift and my friend have 1shift in work we both cant play today simply becouse im soon going to work and he going to sleep to wake up early tomorow . Its same mistake as Karaka Event when you put it in late in sunday many ppl cant play. I remember that my server kill it near 1at night.

The fact that you are working on July 1st when the update goes live doesn’t affect the fact that the update will be released on July 1st… You are not everyone, not everyone is working, not everyone is in the same time zone.

I live in New Zealand which means for me the update goes live on July 2nd, rather than the 1st, since we are a day ‘ahead’ – does that mean Anet should say July 2nd to appease New Zealands? No, it doesn’t.

That’s all I could think the whole time… “Does this person think they are the only person that matters? Do they honestly think GW2 should change its release of content based on JUST their work schedule?”

People really need to start thinking of others and how the world works, not just complaining all the time and worrying about themselves. I wish OP didn’t say it was for work, because then I could give them the benefit of the doubt that they are a child. (based on absolutely horrible grammar/spelling, and how self centered (childish) of a post they took the time to make.

its not me only and BIG/fat change patches should like in other games like WOW come like 18pm more ppl can play. Also i wrting this at 7am on 2july and i didnt see any patch what so ever so seson 2 didnt simply started yesterday or it started day after seson 1 ended. If you would read what i wrote and dont hype so much becouse im childish and seflish you would see that im not the ONLY one in this situation.

Maybe you didnt see what happen on Karaka event when many ppl from my guild and random ppl flame in chat on choosing of time they put ENDING 1 TIME EVER EVENT – it was Sunday somethink around 22pm and ended 1am so image how they was frustraited about this.

Simply small patches with out any history hot fixes – i dont care about them allmost no one does it can be realesed any time
Big history and game play changes patches shouldnt be. Simply let more ppl play content. Allso they have more time to make BIG patches and they can put them when they wish it’snt hotfix of boss who sh** the gold all around him and economy going to ashes.

You’re not writing this at 7am on the second of July… It’s still June and there’s a month left before the update goes live. Which is a Tuesday, by the way.

You want Anet to change their release schedules because it interferes with your and your friend’s personal work schedules. Got it.

He thought that yesterday was the day of Season 2 release :-) He and his friends were waiting for Season 2 release during the whole yesterday (1st June)!

Dude, the game is global. The userbase in Europe is comparable to the userbase in America. They have to release things at a time that suits both Europe, America and Oceania – there is no way for them to please everyone, someone is going to be disappointed. Sorry that it has to be you, but they’re not going to change it just to make you happy and a lot of other people unhappy.

The release date is next month, not two days ago.
