Q:

hello people
I would like to know if this craze of monthly events like to you?

instead of continually events, would not it be nice to add new features (skills, armor, weapons) [with different skins, not 80 different weapons with the usual skin]
Maybe it would be nice to see the effects better when using a skill

these events (to me personally, and even some friends) made us stop playing waiting for something better

I appreciate very much the story of a video game but I am not very experienced in the English language, so the story I can not enjoy 100%, and these events do nothing but magnify the history of the game.

Important points (personal opinion):
new weapons (with new aesthetics)
mounts (perhaps flying)
new armor (with new aesthetics)
new skills (with an improved aesthetics)
increase the maximum level
and …
put the DWARF as new characters (personal prayer XD)

P.S. look for some items (such as to create legendary weapons ) takes a long time to play too high and only the most avid gamers are able to find them spending a lot of time to do the usual thing ( example : the usual kill monsters for hours to bring out certain objects )

I think this is not the subforum to post this xD anyways:

Flying mounts don’t have any sense since the whole map is made of instances, one does not fly from one map to another…

Dwarves is difficult since they are all dead… but tengu for example, maybe Palawa Joko’s undeads, could be a good bet imo

Regarding skills, of course the game needs far more skills, i think they could make a couple of styles for each weapon like:

Broadword: agressive style (5 skills) deffensive style (another 5 skills) tactical style…
Torch: same thing…
Shield:…

Maximun level i think 80 it’s more than OK, Gw 1 ‘s top level was 20 and it was fine they just tried to unify lvls, regarding your funcional level denpends on where you are most of the times doesn’t make any sense to increase level to 90 or 100…

English language fluency aside, I get your point that there is something — unfulfilling — about the constant waves of content that are consumed quickly and serve no other, lasting purpose. Grinding through a new bit of material every fortnight with a zerg until I’ve completed a list of “achievements” isn’t the least bit fun for me. Improving game mechanics such as skill selection, interface design, item variety and creature artificial intelligence would be much more interesting to me. Of course, I understand that the churn of new players gained and old players lost with each Living Story release is probably more important, fiscally, than whether or not anyone is actually enjoying the game from a long term perspective.
