The Tiny Yuno Sniper of Ebay [EBAY]
(edited by Cerby.1069)
When does this food type work exactly….
-When I have auto run on does it work?
-when im walking does it work
-when im jumping or midair does it work?
There is only 1 position when some1 is not moving…and thats when they are stationary (not using any of the movement buttons i.e. turn, strafe, jump, look behind).
Playing on my berserker with gs+rifle
Certain movement based attacks don’t work like gs3, gs5, gs2 (as noted on the wiki)
Rifle F1 killshot shouldn’t work either. Rifle 4 probably doesn’t work either.
But will all the other rifle/gs abilities work as long as I’m….‘moving’? ANd like I asked, what constitutes moving?
I find it hard to test properly….since the damage numbers im getting from the log aren’t much different from when im not using it which doesn’t really make sense….given 10% damage increase = about 300 power in my build. Not sure if its glitched or not always working or if im missing something.

Also is there a way to know when rune of the scholar’s 6th ability is working? like i have 20k hp so that would mean if im 18k or higher its working…..but the numbers i get don’t always support this. extra hp in wvsw from claims and stuff or food, do those throw it off or glitch it?

Movement food uses the same measure for wether you’re moving or not as the condition Torment does. As far as I know everything that changes your coordinates along the two horzontal axis counts towards “moving”, that being running, leaping, gliding, jumping in any direction, strafing or being moved by other influences.
The actual damage increase is not shown in your hero information. Since the game puts your power in relation to the targets armor stat, 10% increase to your power is not the same as increasing your actual damage output by 10%. The food increases the actual damage you deal, meaning the game first calculates the damge score with your power and the targets defense and THEN puts 10% of that score on top.
Scholar-Buff works in the same manor. While it can be finnicky to test properly it should take all vitality buffs into account before determining the threshold value. (The max -10%)
Try using these buffs against the DPS target dummy in Lions Arch. Because it has so much health it evens out your weapon strength variance almost entirely. In order to disable Scholar you can simply swap one piece of armor out, since you can hardly be damaged in there. Overall you should see the +/- 10% in the DPS numbers.

If you have commander tag go to the lions arch aeroport and go to the testing center for golems: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qMXk8yFkYPU&feature=youtu.be
Going into the PvP lobby will let you test the Runes of the Scholar on golems there. However, since PvP zones remove all food/utility/boost benefits, it’s not useful to test foods.

I meant the Special forces training arena; reachable through the LA Aerodrome.
