100% Map completion character delete
Titles are account bound. That means deleting your character won’t affect your title.
I don’t know what you mean by character screen icon. If you mean the world completion icon. I don’t think so but I’m not sure.
However you’ll definitely lose the small star next to your name indicating 100% world completion.

He means at character selection screen upper right, you can see a world icon, 3 flags, a bunny (or other animal), wvw and another thing.
When you get world completion, the world icon will show up.
And no you won’t lose it. only pity of the houres of running around.
