It would help us if you told us what zones the missing waypoints were in, and listed which ones you had already there.

Off the top of my head, there’s a quaggan village in Southern Timberline Falls that I had trouble with. It’s in a cave and while a certain event was on, it vanished instead of merely becoming contested. Finishing the event fixed this.

I have 100% in every zone in the game. The way points are either in secret locations or I have encountered a bug.

Hmm, have you been to each of the 4 WvW zones? Each of them gives you around 6 waypoints just for going there.

Other than that, have you been to every dungeon? Not sure if they count towards it or not.

It sounds like you have missed going to a WvWvW map. Make sure you have been to all four.

Since as far as I can think of right now, WP’s are only in the cities, in the PvE regions and the WvW maps, and you say you’ve got all in the cities and PvE areas, the missing ones could still be the WvW ones. I can’t confirm, but considering the alternatives, and the fact that the WvW get completed automatically which is weird in itself, I think the problem is there, and it’s possible that even though they show as completed on the WvW maps, maybe they only count on the overall if you actually hit them.
