When you are attempting the achievement for unlocking the whole world exploration, do you need to just explore your home servers World vs. World area, or do you need to have the other two servers World vs. World areas explored and all the pts gathered prior to the weekly reset/server matchup?

You have to discover all points on each borderland.

So you discover them, and the weekly swap/reset happens… do you lose that progression, or does it count because you have done it at one point or another?

You don’t lose the progression.
Even as it seems to be 3 clones of the same zone, they count as a unique one.

You don’t lose progression that would be silly. Even though they look exactly the same they’re really three separate maps.
