I know I could wait for tomorrow and ask a guildie, but I was wondering if the 100% world map completion star only showed up next to the name of the character that 100% the map or showed up next to all of your characters names?
Map completion is one for one: it only shows up on a character you’ve personally explored one hundred percent of the world map and WvW map(s) on. In other words, each one of all of your characters on your account have a chance to get 100% map completion rewards and the star ‘title’ for doing so.
Don’t forget to visit the Chantry of Secrets on that character when you do have 100%!
