Attachment says i’m missing 3 areas in Maguuma and SHiverspeaks.
But i just got my gifts.
I have no idea wth is going on.

They recently added new waypoints for the guild mission locations. If you finished this before the patch, then you will have gotten the gift because it was 100%. Just look in the patch notes for the zones that have the new waypoints to get back to 100%. You won’t get anything new.
I did not finish map completion before the patch. I completed it today.
My log in screen says 100% completion.
But I still don’t have the title.

Because those are separate achievements. The ones in your jpg are for revealing the map (for example some hidden areas and jump puzzles) while your world exploration is tied to maps (wp,skill,vista,interest). If you have your Gifts of the Exploration, you should be ok.
What Orion said i think is right. Do you have the title? Like in your char select screen, does it say you have the World Map Completion title in the top right?
What I am MISSING is the Been There, Done That title. It’s stuck at 99%. I finished my map in the last 24hours.

You probably missed some caves or something. To get the been here done that title you need to complete the regional explorer achievements and not just 100% the poi wp sp and vistas.
Go the menu and narrow down the specific achievement you missed. Have you done all the jumping puzzles? Sometimes some areas require you to asura gate to them others are elevated / sub-terrain caves etc.

gift of exploration is for getting 100% on each map. So all hearts done, all waypoints discovered, all PoI’s found, All skillpoints done and all Vista’s watched. You did that so congrats.
What you didn’t do is unfog!! all of the maps. Thats what is needed for that title. Though closely linked together, they are different objectives.
Many places in the game are unfogged till you visit them, but do not contain waypoint’s, PoI’, etc.

Vorch, did you get the new waypoints that have been added to the world? Two were added last patch (Brisban Wildlands and Plains of Ashford) and two were added with last month’s patch (Cursed Shore and Straights of Devastation).
As mercury said, there are two separate exploration achievements.
The one you did was related to doing all hearts, skill points, finding poi’s, wp’s etc
The other is related to the Bluestone achievement, discovering all the white labeled areas on each map. This requires you poking your nose into every nook, cranny, and cave …
You need to check the Bluestone completion against what you have discovered to know which map bits you are missing.
I see what you guys are saying now. Gonna do all jumping puzzles and see if that helps. Then I’ll work on the bluestone completion.

I found that link very helpful when trying to finish up the explorer achievements. Just take the time to run down the list and you should find what you are missing in a short amount of time.
