I’m trying to figure out if i go 3 Balthazar and 3 flame legion runes will i get +30% since each has a 15% burn duration buff or only +15%

Check the Pyroclasm sticky in the Guardian Forum for a lot of useful info on Burn Duration optimizing. Basically any buff that does not get the particular Burn you are applying a Full second increase is wasted, since Burn only ticks in full seconds. 30% on a three second base burn for example = 3.9 sec = zero bonus burn. Bummer.
