I just noticed that my diving achievement is 37/38. Anyone know if there is a recently added diving spot and the location?

It is possible that there is a new diving location at the new jumping puzzle in Gendarran Fields, but until it opens, I can’t say for sure.

It may have to do with this:

I sure hope they are hard to find (until someone finds it and writes a guide) and not hard to get to. Diving is diving. Jumping is jumping. Rock eaters eat rocks. Rock eaters don’t eat bars.

But as with all things, it will be what it is.
