Topic title says it all. I’ve moused over every zone and they all say 100%. I’ve double checked the PoI numbers in each zone and they all say that they are at max. Double checked WvW too. I’m still only at 99% overall completion. Anyone have suggestions?
Did you try going to the Whispers Headquarters a second time? It sometimes needs to be done twice for it to count.
It’s probably the Whispers HQ as Garambola said, took me a while to figure that out when i was in the same boat.
