Hello,
I would like to know if there was a way to bind something else than the camera zoom to the mouse wheel ?
I tried to bind it using the mouse wheel, but it did nothing. When I go to the keybinds, I see that the camera keys are “page up” and “page down” which is rather strange since it’s the mouse wheel :o
Is there a way to bind something else to the mouse wheel or is it impossible at the moment ?

You can, not as scroll I believe, but as a click. I have my dodge bound to my mouse wheel as a click.

I know it does work as a click : I’ve already bound it. But here, I’m talking about the scroll.

Don’t think so. There doesn’t seem to be a way to put that in as a keybind as it simply scrolls the page when you are in that section.

Yeah, I noticed that, I wonder if it could work while trying to bind the “page up” and “page down” it says, and try the mouse wheel, but I don’t have much faith in it :/

Nevermind, can’t do that.
I just tried, it removes it from camera zoom, but the wheel still serves as a zoom lol.
But the actual page up/down do the new function.
Really weird :o

i would guess certain programmable mice (mouses?) would allow you to rebind the scroll up and scroll down to something else; which you can then bind ingame… but my cyborg rat doesnt seem to allow it
- and im not sure how it would interact with the ToS

Ah yeah, you’re right ! I think it should be ok with the ToS since they said any macro was ok as long as 1 macro = 1 action, which is the case.
However, wouldn’t be convenient since it would imply you would have to constantly switch profiles so as to get the wheel working properly outside GW2.
