I’m planning on getting the entire Galrath’s Set (Precision, Toughness, Condition Damage)

However, I don’t really like the set’s unique abilities.

Is it possible to put runes on unique armors?

You can do it, but it’ll add the suffix from the rune to the armor’s name. i.e. if you put a rune of rage into Shiro’s Coat, it’ll turn into Shiro’s Coat of Rage.
