Doubt: Traints that increase condition duration affect all conditions or only conditions that stack Duration ?

condition duration affects ALL conditions including confusion.
BUT keep in mind that the illusions (clones and phantasm) of a mesmer does NOT benefit from your condition duration on anything be it bleeds, confusions, cripples etc etc
