Would it be too late for people to get these special clothes? Or was it a one time thing?

PS: I’m hoping that this is exclusive and player will not be able to attain them again ^^

Considering its a “holiday” Id bet money it comes back.

They would never allow you to sell them. At best you could keep them, no one else would ever be able to get them.

Most likely they’ll be available again next Halloween and every Halloween after and everyone will be able to get them.

You will not be able to sell them – they are town clothes, and are currently not for sale on the Trading Post.

With that said, Halloween will happen every year, and just like in Guild Wars 1, the Mad King is the mascot. There is a chance that the costume may vary slightly each year (which I would actually prefer!), but a costume will very likely be offered every year.

Yeah hope fully they put in Dhuum costume instead of the mad king
