Hey people of Tyria,

I’m currently working on my Tooth of Frostfang. Part one has been about harnising the essence of the elder dragons which is an okay concept, however when it comes to the part with Mordemoth, and killing Vinewrath I find that task impossible.

Here is why. The first thing I stumble upon entering Silverwaste is Chest farm. That’s literally the only thing happening if not most valuable meaning in that map. I also can’t ask people in the map to stop their chest run to do Vinewrath for my benefits.

This leaves me to a question of when (time) or where (server) do people actually do this event, as I really want to continue my journey in this making of Tooth of Frostfang.

Try LFG. There are still plenty of maps actually doing VW. Pick one with high or low percentage (for either quick VW or lots of mastery XP), join, taxi, problem solved.

I’m still doing VW, and I haven’t had trouble finding event maps so far.

As Red Queen has said use LFG. try and join on one that has a % in it’s name or one that specifically says ‘Events’. If there isn’t one try and get on e a semi empty map and put up an LFG stating ‘SW Events’. Anytime I’ve done that I’ve had people taxi in faster than I can get the taxis up.

Keep in mind things might be a little slow until Halloween is over. Lots of reg SW runners are farming Ascent and Lab right now.

I went into SW to farm sand and test out my Reaver build (she’s a beast), I taxied folks in at 50% by posting “SW 50%” in LFG. The map went on to do VW, I tried to be a taxi again right after Breach but we were full. You are most likely to get in if you pick a 50-75 taxi.

For extra fun, though, the Darkwing bugged, he ran off through the vine wall and sat there, healed to full, then eventually moseyed back into the fighting area with 45 seconds left on the clock. South lane had to fight him and they ragged on us northers a bit as if we didn’t know how to do the fight >< But VW was vanquished!
