Accessing EU guild bank in NA
Should transfer with you now that the guilds are no longer tied to a server.

Mine followed me when I transfered. I went from NA to EU then back to NA.
My both accounts access the same Guild Bank. I guarantee guild banks are global.
Warning! I am not sure what would happen to your guild if you use the ‘delete all characters to transfer’ option.
My guess would be, once the last character in the guild is deleted, the guild is dissolved and you lose everything that was in the guild bank. Again, just a guess.

This. You’ll want to invite a someone you trust before you delete your characters and make sure he has full permissions so he can invite you back and give you access to the bank.
What xander and simon said. You’d have to have someone else join to keep the guild from disappearing when you delete all of your characters.
Does someone know from personal experience about the delete all characters causing you to lose the guild?
I’ve read another post where it doesn’t, that unless you hit the ‘leave guild’ option your account doesn’t leave the guild and you don’t lose it with all character deletion. That it’s still on the guild panel when you make a new char. It also doesn’t warn about this in the part of wiki that talks about deleting all chars to transfer nor in the part about guild banks.

That would make more sense since it is your account that is part of the guild not a specific character.
