So, I know most equipment binds to the character once you equip it (anything green or higher), but what about these fabled account-bound equipments like the laurel stuff? It says it’s account bound on the wiki. Does that mean that you can equip it on any of your characters and can trade it between them, or does it bind to the character you equip it to, and you just can’t sell it?
If I can remove it from a character that equipped it and transfer it to other characters, then you’ll have to excuse me as I go farm like a mad person.

Account Bound will normally turned into Character Bound once they’ve been equiped for the 1st time. So if you purchased a Laurel item, then it would be eventually stuck on whichever character used it. Having said that, some people were asking about the Mystic Forge process of turning a “basic” item version into an “Infused” item version. When the new item is granted by the Mystic Forge, does it remain stuck on the current character or is it Account Bound? I never remember seeing an answer to that question, but I’m sure that you could find the thread if you use the Search feature on the website.

Read the description carefully. It might say account bound and soul bound on equip.

If it doesn’t, then it is indeed swappable among characters. Fractal weapons are like this, since they are mostly meant to be skins and have no stats but are indeed full weapons.

I’m not sure exactly what items you are referring to but if it is the ascended items they are soul bound on equip.
