Hi there. I was just gifted a refractor from a friend, and I wanted to find an account bound trinket to set it on. I already tried setting it to a back piece, and that didn’t work. Can the kind players here help me out?

Unfortunately the refractors go on exotic accessories, not ascended. I have a couple and I put them on exotic amulets I got either as a drop or a reward because those are account bound and and the trading post ones are soulbound on use. The ones I got that were a reward/drop are: Mordrem Splinter, Vinetooth Fang, Drake Scale, Nature Spirit, Draithor’s Reaping Crystal and Oola’s Data Crystal. If you don’t have any of those you can check wiki for where you can get them.

The accessories that drop as part of the specialization collection are all exotics and all of them are account bound (regardless of upgrades) and all are salvageable (perfect for changing your mind).

For example, I have an aura-jewel in my Crystalized [sic] Scarab, the accessory that drops as part of the Glint’s Bastion collection.
