Can someone tell me what exactly I must do to get the success?
I killed the guys on the platforms first than spammed the attack to kill the wolves, but I didn’t get the success.

I haven’t done it myself yet but from other posts on the subject I think the step you may be missing is targeting a wolf before hitting 1. That, and making sure the wolves aren’t right next to your platform.

Also you might need to be on an alt that has already done the story even if the achieve buff is showing on your bar. I know that when I had a fresh alt doing story and trying to do My Friends the Smiths and the research one she could not interact with the note pages or the Smiths. I haven’t yet gone back with my completed alt to try that achieve, though, so it could have been some other bug.
