Check leaderboards, see top tier WvW servers – guest to check for trains. I’m on JQ and there is always a FGS train going, but I’m not sure about CS.

Edit: Sorry, I wrote this a bit in a rush, so it might read “harsh” , that’s not how I meant it. Some people might have problems promising you something that it a tad out of their control or they can’t say for sure out of experience. I don’t know for example what time zone you are in and if the trains are 24/7
