You might start by asking on the metabattle website, since it’s not at all connected to Anet but it’s maintained by the community.

As the tutorial says, start by creating an account on MetaBattle. You need that first anyhow.

The tutorial starts you off creating an article in your user space — do that first. If the tutorial and the style guide don’t help you create a build article, then, as Zohane suggests, ask for more help there.
