Hi all,

I have four 80s, and an ele I made back on opening day that I abandoned at level 23. They were just too “twitch” for me, especially with an elbow injury. But it’s 2 years later and my elbow has cleared up and my fingers have gotten quicker with practice, so I’m giving them another go. I’m a PvEer, open world and casual dungeons. I levelled the other four by open world map completion and some crafting, one quite recently, and I don’t want to do that again.

So I’d like a bit of advice on other ways to do it…

- They can do personal story and train tailor (which I don’t have) for maybe a third of the levels.

- I have 9 WvW XP boosters and a few other boosters in the bank, and I’ve heard of a thing called the EOTM Zerg. Is that going to be any good?

- I figure there’s also a fair chance of some special event at the second birthday, like the Festival of Four Winds a while back.

- I could maybe get them to level 45 to use a mithril logging axe, and somehow get them to Orr to chop Cypress saplings once per hour… [Hmm, mist form, harpy feathers…]

Anything else? Any suggestions on what’s most efficient and least boring?

Eotm is the most braindead activity in human history and there’s a good percentage of toxic players, but yeah it’s efficient. My last chars were leveled by dungeon swapping and a bit of map exploration, i find it the best for fun/efficiency ratio. Farm dungeons, swap char at the end, get 3/4 of a level, repeat. Doing a path more than once a day give you less xp, so you should do a tour everyday and if you swap every time you’ll be 80 in a bit more than a week. Dungeons where you can easily swap are ac, cm 2, cof 1, and arah. Depending on your computer comp and your party, you can also reroll in other dungeons. Having an xp boost with food and consumables helps.

Idk about the Orr thing at level 45. Everything there is level 70 to 80 and they all are red, not yellow. In addition, iirc, if you are way under level you are an aggro magnet. You will be one shotted every 2 feet in there at level 45.

If you want to just harvest for exp, go to a level 15-25 map and harvest soft wood and iron. Same exp, less aggro and worth more to sell.
