Just wondering if the Aetherblade Armor sets are recurring store items?

P.S. I desperately need one of its light armor pieces and hope I will be able to buy it some time soon.

They are and will come back eventually. Btw since you are apparently stuck waiting anyways, if you are buying gems with gold try to buy them when there are no big ticket items available, as they will be cheaper then.

All the gem store armour skins cycle periodically.

They usually do a big switch over in spring and autumn, so at the latest I’d expect to see it about March or April. But it might even come back sooner than that.

If you’re able to get in game check the gem store at least once a week (they usually update it on Tuesdays) or you can watch the news page of the main site and this forum for updates.

While it is player run, there is a sticky at the top of the main discussion forum that lists any specials, discounts, new items, or disappearing items. The gem store generally updates around 9 am Pacific and the thread gets an update any time from a couple of minutes to an hour later. Just check there daily, only takes a moment to see if anything new has been added. Once a week might mean missing a one day sale item but so far I don’t recall there ever being something available for less than 24 hours (unless pulled for bug reasons, and then put back in).

Remember not to comment in that thread on opinions on the listings. It can get cluttered up with discussion that swamps the informative value. Feedback threads go in the non-sticky realm

P.S. I am checking the Gem Store daily ever since I started playing the game, heh. I admit I’ve spent quite some bucks at it already. The thing is that I just recently discovered that a certain piece of Aetherblade armor would look great on my Mesmer in combination with something else. <—sucker for fashion in GW2
