is this ring meant to be like this or is it a bug? What I exactly mean is this part: ‘This ring cannot be attuned and does not interact with the Mystic Forge.’

There’s a thread in the Bugs sub-forum with a copy of a CS Team member response indicating that the Mist Band will be changed at a later date, and to watch the forums for the official announcement.
