Is it possible to use it to change an ascended armor to one of different weight? For example, from light armor to a heavy one.

I do not believe so. It really is just a stats change on an existing piece of armor for all intents and purposes. You can’t turn a breastplate into leggings, so why could you change it into a trenchcoat?

No. This is definately not possible. You can only switch from one stat set to another.

Both are right. Anthology of Heroes only changes the type of stats on ascended equipment, it does not modify weight or type of equipment.

You’ll have to acquire such equipment of desired weight.
