I don’t RP, but Tarnished Coast has a wonderful RP community. You can guest to TC to participate if you don’t want to move servers. One source of RP event information is http://www.guildwars2roleplayers.com/.

I dont know of any on borlis sorry! But like Melliah said, TC is known for its RP community and its so easy to guest these days so you can still take part in the RP action and still be on a lower tier server (for less wvw queues etc…)
