Since I’ll be not able to log into the game until the weekend:

Has there been any intel on how long we’re going to be able to have free transfers yet? My research netted me only the vague “until population has stabilized”. Is this still the state of things?

Are we going to be warned before they’ll be closed?

Well they are still free atm. I would think that they would post it somewhere when it will not be so.
