No way that I know of. To get rid of that message, you only have to do one heart in Shaemoor. Of course, that would then be replaced by the next part of the personal story, so I’m not sure this is helpful.
I really do think Anet should give people the option to turn off dailies and personal story reminders as well.
That was the only true reward from finishing the personal story line. Getting rid of that annoying little message in the upper right hand of the screen.

it’s true tho. finishing the personal story will get rid of it. there’s no way to hide it otherwise.
Finish the daily, it goes away. finish the monthly? it’s gone too.
I will enjoy playing the rest of the month each day after I’m done with my daily. The screen will be less cluttered for a couple weeks.

The personal story gives you a lot of level-specific rewards which can be used while you’re leveling up. It’s a waste to wait until you’re 70 to start it IMHO. With a few exceptions, most of the fights are ridiculously easy too. So it’s not like you’re gaining much by waiting.
