Anyone know the name and where to get the leg armor from this person wearing whisper order coat on the right? Shes highlighted.

Have you tried asking the lady? Weave in a compliment about her looks and chances are good, that she will link you her leg armor.

of course i did… only to receive no response at all due to afk. then later logged out due to inactivity. Also I just saw another post saying its part of the vigil set. However shes also wearing a whispers coat how would she be able to get both?

I’d also like to know what armor this is.

Well none of that is Vigil. The chest, shoulders, and maybe boots are Whispers.

Well… after looking in the pvp armor, the chest is indeed whispers but somehow those are vigil leggings… So I don’t know how that’s possible.

those are indeed Vigil legs but not sure how that is possible
all Orders armor is soul bound on acquire
so even if she has med. armor wearer alt in Vigil it is not posible
exploit,hack or major bug

……i hope they never fix this bug <_<

if i knew it was the vigil legs i would have joined the vigil, but the vigil armor just looks like a big skirt because the chest covers it

yes there could be,and since i like that look as well i am currently hunting those legs down or rather trying too find them

If that is the vigil legs, then there is a way to combine those with a whispers character, although its a bit convoluted

I read in another thread that if you have another character in the vigil, you can get them to buy the legs and transmute them with a fine transmutation stone (because they’ll be level 80) onto a level 0 set of leggings (that any starter character can buy). Even though they’ll say soulbound, it was said that the other character could wear/transmute these new vigil level 0 legs onto their own armor.

so wat u fine transmute it to a lvl 0 armor then u use a normal transmute to the other lvl 80 gear or somfing? So the normal transumute stone will actually use the vigil skin on the lvl 0 gear instead of its default? if so then i better get one of those asap.
And if som1 has tested it post it here and tell us exactly how u did it
