ohh as for how to find it, you need to craft it. The recepie is available from the vendor that spawns once you kill the claw of jormag dragon in frostgorge sound

the reason why its expensive is because of the corrupted lodestones. They dont have a good drop rate but if you’re the type who likes farming you “only” need 20 of them for a dagger I believe.

With good magic find you’ll probably get 1 ever 1 – 2 hrs

or you could just play the game and then save up the money to buy the lodestones. thats what I am doing
