Just wondering as I have started gathering a few rare dyes now, I would love to have a black dye, not ebony or anything a pure black or pitch Black dye. Anyone know If it’s in the game? Or anyone have it?

Seen some on the Trading Post, so must be out there somewhere.

My brother is selling black dye on the trading post. Just Black. Not fake black like midnight ice. (although I think it looks the same) :P

I’ve got ‘black’ on my main. The darkest black is apparently called abyss though. It’s used on some town clothes, and is darker than ‘black’.

It’s impossible for anything to be darker than black. I wouldn’t be too happy if I spent 2 gold on black dye only to find out it’s not true black

I’ve Abyss on my character. It is definitely darker than Black. Makes no sense. Similarly, Celestial dye is whiter than White dye….go figure.

I have Black. It looks more gray to me, but I have not actually used it on armor yet. Midnight Ice’s preview looks like a deeper, glossier black, while Black and Abyss look matte to me. Based on preview images only, as I can’t decide to keep or sell them.

that’s because it used a better quality washing detergent.

I had it on my main there was a rare dye drop but i gave it to my necro

i think it was midnight black or something
