Like the title sais… :S Just logged in, looks like no patch…

It’s usually around noon server time. Which is another 14 hours. Give or take an hour or three. It’s actually still April 14th where they are for another couple of hours.

yeah it’s now 10:30pm on the 14th right now so we got some time. And no one really knows when it will go live in the first place.

Expect the patch during the first hours of the US West Coast working day (which is where ArenaNet is located).

That means in 4 hours after the time of this posting, at the earliest. It’s probably going to be a few hours after that, as well.

Patch time is based around their time, not Australian time.

it is more than annoying that they never announce an official hour when the patch is gonna happen…

That’s because (unlike some other games), a patch in Guild Wars 2 does not require an hour-long maintenance period during which the game servers must be taken down.

You can just play the game while waiting.

I’ve always assumed they do some type of last minute checks to make sure the patch will work and when it goes live depends on how many problems they find. But there might well be other things involved too.

But yeah, they never give a specific time, only a date, and it’s based on the date/time west coast of the USA. It’s 6:30am there, so at the earliest you could expect the patch in 2.5 hours (9am).
