Where I get a exotic berserker aquatic helmet lvl 80 or recipe to craft one ascended?

Alas, you cannot. There are no exotics that can be reliably obtained right now.

I keep recommending that ANet convert underwater helms to be a wardrobe-only skin, since:

• Requires a seventh rune (which has to be swapped with the rest of the armor)
• Characters have always been able to breathe underwater without any special gear.

However, so far, the trend has been to slowly add new sources of breathers that are expensive, difficult-to-acquire, or both.

You CAN get a level 80 masterwork quality breather from Gaveborn Landing in Cursed Shore (for karma). There’s also a rare quality level 80 breather that drops from Tequatl; you can buy it on the trading post.

You could during Wintersday. Now I don’t know if you can !
Its was 100% drop at the end of Windersday’s PvP reward track.
And like 0.1% drop from Giant Wintersday Gift (I open thousand and get only one)

Giant Wintersday Gift are still obtainable. One per day if you get the Christmas’s tree and for 4 or 5 silver at the trade post.

For heavy at least the stats are not that great (condition damage main) and i prefer that one :
