The one you crafted isn’t a skin. It’s the full weapon. Seems like the skin is available for PvP from like a tournament box.

But the one you crafted can’t be used in PvP.

Because u craft it, if u bought it off th the TP maybe it’ll have an option for pvp

You only get that option for skins not full weapons but in the future that won’t matter.
