Probably a very short answer, but i haven’t been able to find it anywhere else.
I can’t directly find it in the rules, but i’m still a bit hesitant, so i wanted to ask here.
I’ve played other games before, and in many its against the rules to post website links in chat (for example, to youtube videos). I regularly host dance parties though and the ability to link to specific songs (for example, the Hampster dance for the bobblehead event) would be very useful.

So i’m asking here now – is it allowed to post non-wiki website links in in-game chat?

Why not .. as long as it is not a Goldseller Website.
Problem is however that the chat does not support clickable links, so other people must manually type that link into their browser
So normally i click links in our TS3 server but not in chat.
