Are legendary weapons account bound or soul bound?

If i have 2 alternates that can use the awesome ubber twilight great sword, why should i go again through all the trouble and redo everything for a 2nd character??? Ain’t all the pain to get a single legendary worth to be account bound?

If anyone has any official info on if legendary weapons are account or soulbound i would greatly appreciate it, and that would be the end of the discussion for me.

If what I read about them was correct they are soulbound on use, so technically you could just buy one off of the TC, if the information was true and as long as you have the gold for it.

if they arent, they should be account bound definatly.
If they are soulbound on equip people could make kama to gold again.
