Well since one person’s cool is another person’s ugly, I will just suggest the wardrobe tab at any bank lets you see all armor in preview.

If the hoodie is a head slot, than no you can’t wear a mask at the same time. Masks take head slots.

If you want some masks you can look at the mesmer starting items. You can transmute them onto other classes. However, they can’t be worn with another head item.

Go to the bank.
Hit F (or your assigned key).
Click on the 3rd tab (the bottom tab) on the left side of the window.
Preview to your heart’s content.

what armorclass do you need masks for?

I think the Grenth hood also had a mask but that is not on sale anymore at the TP. Anet may bring it back someday.
