Guild Wars 2

Each ones I get from dungeons are bound. How do people obtain them tradable?

Would using the rune on an armor then salvaging it out make the rune tradable? or it would still be bound as it was initially?

Any gear with an item in the socket can be obtained by salving. Also I believe professions later on down the road can make sigils/runes and whatnot, so try leveling a profession.
