Hello Guys idk where to write this so i give it a try in here, Currently im testing gw2 here with an warrior, and i have read about everything and understand so far about the armors, jewels, Exotic atm

Now my question. Exotic is it a good lvl of armor? And i saw that Draconic armor is cheap to buy, should i get the whole set in berserk?
and is it enought with Exotic ? or shall i go for other armors?
im mostly gonna do pve!

Whats the difference between Draconic and other exotic armor u get from dungeons? besides that draconic is crafted..

If you are only starting out I would suggest Knights gear (PPT). Once you are good with warrior and dodging go for full or mixed zerker. From lvl 1-79 get cheap masterwork (green) armour/weapons, At lvl 80 buy exotic gear/weapons. Never buy rare (yellow) gear, it’s a waste of money. Be careful with your gold, You will need boatloads of it later on. Ascended armour is only needed when you are doing endgame high lvl fractels or raids.

Draconic is the style of the armour, Berserker is the stats.

Citadel of Flame is an easy dungeon to farm at lvl 75+ for exotic zerker gear.

Karma gear lvl 80 exotic in Orr is also good for people with limited gold.

1. Yes, exotic is a good level of armor. Only ascended armour is higher than exotic and you only need ascended for high end fractals (there is very little difference between exotic and ascended).
2. If you have no problems staying alive, then get all beserker. If you are struggling to stay alive, then get a mix of berserker and something that has some vitality and/or toughness to help keep you alive.
3. Exotic is perfectly fine for just about all pve content.
4. All exotic armor is the same regardless of where you get it (dungeons, npc’s, trading post, wvw). They are only different in how they look. Just decide on what fashion you want, the stat’s you want, and how you want to pay for it. You can purchase exotics with karma from npc’s, with gold from trading post, with dungeon tokens from the dungeon npc, or with a mix of badges of honor and some gold from wvw npc’s.

Edit: oh, I forgot that you can also get exotics for free from the reward tracks by playing pvp.
