Armour runes help

I bought 1 rune of the eagle and upgraded my helmet with it.
(I have berserkers emblazoned gear)
All my other armour pieces still have ‘unused upgrade slot’ but when I hover over my helmet, it says ’Berserker’s emblazoned helm of the eagle – superior rune of the eagle 7/6)

what am I missing? Is this a bug? I only have 1 rune..

I hear there actually is a bug about runes, something about PvP lockers or something.

If you have one rune equipped, it’ll say that there’s only one. 1/6 in the described case.
