its asuran t3 , accound bound cuz its ascended, heavy armor. I want to give it to my guardian, but it says Race: Asura only.

so can i just go into wardrobe, change the skin to any ol’ non-cultural skin, and then will it remove the asura requirement so i can give it to guardian? or will it change the skin but because its inherently asuran culutural, keep the race req even though the skin isnt even cultural anymore

Yeah, you just need to change the skin and it will fit your guardian.

Oh as long as you change it to a non cultural armor you should be fine to xfer it to another character.

You can never put that armor (or armor skin) on any race but Asura (that’s what RACE: ASURA ONLY means).

The skin is the t3 asuran one, not the item. There is no such thing as a t3 ascended, the base item is non-class restricted so you can transfer it as soon as it is reskinned to anything except a cultural skin.

Misunderstood OP. Reskining the Ascended armor (to non cultural) would allow for the transfer, yes. My bad.
