So lately i’ve been trying to craft my ascended back item.I thought the quiver of swift flight would be ideal as it has Berserk stats and i got berserk gear.So i was checking the necessary items for its creation:

50 Ecto: Cool
240 Philosopher’s Stone: Still Cool
250 Powerful Blood: And i am still cool
Vial of Condensed mists essense: Wut?

Were do i get that?Drop,crafting? I heard something about fractals but i got srsly not idea about it.Help plz!~!!35408723786$%@$

Drops from fractals, or you can make it on the mystic forge, the recipe is:

1 Glob of Coagulated Mists Essence
1 Master’s Salvage Kit
1 Mystic Coin
1 Pile of Crystalline Dust

And you get the glob of coagulated mist essence from fractals 11? And above.

Vials, Globs, and Shards of mists essence all come from random drops within Fractals of the Mists.

If you are going to grind fractals a little for the drop, an ascended fractal capacitor will costs you 1850 fractal relics plus a vial of mists essence and 240 philosopher’s stones.

A cheaper alternative to the quiver if you want to grind a little.

I had a Vial of Condensed mist drop in a lvl 2 fractal once, and I very rarely do fractals.

You can make the “Quiver of a Thousand Arrows” that uses viscous claws. It used to have magic find, but now the stats are selectable. They are much cheaper than using powerful blood.

vials of condensed mist essence drops from fractals level 1-9
globs of condensed mist essence drops from fractals level 10-19
shards of condensed mist essence drops from fractals level 20+
rarely, on one of the higher levels you’ll get a lower essence
there are recipes to convert vials to globs and globs to shards and shards to globs and globs to vials, just in case you need a vial but only do high level fractals, or visa versa.
you should be able to get 1 vial in 4 or less fractal runs (1 run = a set of 3 or 4 fractals).

and now you don’t even need the mist essence anymore

All of the ascended back-item pieces that required 1 vial of Condensed Mists Essence can now be forged with Bloodstone Dust instead.

Didn’t go through with making them but looks fine to me.

Gator yeah i don’t rly think that can solve my problem.In that recipe it just changes from Blood to Claw.I need to find a Vial drop in both of them so even if it comes cheaper,I still need that Vial

No you don’t. What got replaced WAS the vial (to 250 Bloodstone Dust). From update notes:

And the Quiver of a Thousand Arrows method definitely works. Just used it a week ago for my Ele’s ascended celestial wind catcher.

then in the next sentence says only eight have been added.

There are ten in total (for backpieces, that is)

likely that those requiring Claws were omitted since the original Traveler stats no longer exist, meaning if you want Celestial, Dire, etc you’ll still need a Vial.
