Depends heavily on what content you do most. If you hit fractals a lot then getting the capacitor is cheap (I’ve got 3 ascended infused versions) Otherwise, the other ones all require pretty significant investment in time and gold
I’d say the cheapest (apart from spinal blades if you have blade shards or the fractal capacitor if you fractal) would be the quiver of a thousand arrows which uses vicious claws and you can select your stats on acquire.

To be honest all the T6 materials are going to require 100s of gold to gain a stack of….Powerful Blood is just the most expensive (used to make Zerker gear).
